When fully occupied, the house accommodates 5 Japanese and 3 international residents, offering a unique cultural exchange experience.
- Male Dormitory (3-person room): 60,000 yen/month
- Female Dormitory (2-person room): 60,000 yen/month
- Utility Fee: 15,000 yen (includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and basic supplies)
- Deposit: 20,000 yen (refundable upon move-out)
All rooms come with essential furniture such as beds, desks, and storage. Each bed and desk is personal to the resident, providing a focused space even in dormitory rooms. Shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and washing machine, so you can start your life here with minimal luggage.
